Cumbria Youth Alliance supports youth organisations throughout the county, aiming to build the third sector’s capacity through high-quality training, support, and funding.
We also provide a collaborative long-term network and partnerships to work together better. When gaps in provision are identified, or we want to introduce a new high-quality offer, we quality assure, challenge, and set high delivery standards.
We support young people through targeted direct delivery with a strategic purpose to achieve a sustainable and positive future and remain current through authentic connections with young people.

Youth Promise
Providing an alternative youthwork curriculum tailored for 12–18-year-olds, designed to engage individuals who may need additional support.
Youth Ambition
For young people aged 16 -24 and it aims to help them overcome barriers to employment by utilising a blend of targeted interventions.
Youth Services
Offering infrastructure support to the third sector and providing management to different partnership projects.
